we're doing on the 16th. sana mag-work out.

last saturday, i was informed by a close friend
of the rumor mongering that a teachers has started about my department.
seems that the teacher thinks i'm not qualified to be department chair.
and she emphasized that neither are the masscom teachers who have no MAs.
she said, as i was told, that non-MAers were no match for those with an MA degree.
this angered me a bit. for quite some time, i taught without an MA under
my wings. the only reason i finished mine was because i promised my former
department chairman that i would. it had nothing to do with being better than the rest of the faculty.

add this to the bullish attitude of the former DC who has hold over everyone else in the department. can't blame her though since she was one of the pioneers. if only CHED wasn't as strict as they were, she'd still be DC - yes. that's the only reason i became the DC. not because i was better than anyone else. twas because i had an MA.
