i have already started shooting my latest short film, MARIPOSA.
it's a stoiry about a sixth grader who fantasizes and eventually infatuates about a sixteen year old lass who spends her day bathing and contemplating by the river.
starring sixteen year-old marilyn of ABMC 1, and co-starred by another freshie Carlo Raymon, the film was initially shot in the cavern-flanked serene river of Brgy. Mapalad in Pangao, Lipa City. ayen remo of BUS 2, dennis carbonilla of locally-produced PARAISO and paolo castro also co-stars.
paolo cabasisi, camera engineer for BUS 1 is DOP, with moonyeen lina as production manager.

while shooting MARIPOSA, we encountered heavy downpour. i had the wits to stop production and pack up (the location was half a kilometer of mudtrail and ravines from the main road)
